Writing in Education Dive, Linda Jacobson takes a look at New York City’s teacher leadership program and how it serves as an “international model.” As part of this discussion, she notes that the Every Student Succeeds Act “presents an opportunity for districts to create or expand teacher leadership programs,” which “encourages district leaders to ‘articulate a vision for teacher leadership and build political will to support it.’”
