OH Superintendents Express Public Concern over States’ Plans

Members of the Akron Area School Superintendents’ Association issued public recommendations for the state’s ESSA plan. Superintendents released their comments publicly because they were “alarmed that the feedback gathered during these stakeholder meetings does not appear to have been included in Ohio’s plan.” Recommendations included testing, accountability, and educator effectiveness.
