February 14, 2017

Thomas Kane, professor of education and economics at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, authored an essay in Education Next, on the use of “state efficiency networks” through ESSA funding. He encouraged local leaders to look long term and “recognize that a system for testing ideas is more valuable than any single idea they might champion.”
