In a few weeks, the Collaborative and Bellwether will release the second-round reviews of the final 34 state plans, submitted in September and October of this year. As we approach this second release, the Collaborative has launched a three-part podcast series that examines how the process began, what peer reviewers found in the first round, and what reviewers hope to see in the second analysis.
