MD Gov. Voices His Opinion Concerning State’s ESSA Plan

In letters sent this week to U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and Maryland State Board of Education President Andy Smarick, Governor Larry Hogan “wrote that he believes” the state’s ESSA plan “will make little difference under a state law he fought against.”
