FairTest Argues Dept. of Education’s Draft Regulations “Over-Emphasize Testing, Mandate Punishments “

Monty Neil, executive director of the National Center for Fair and Open Testing (FairTest), posted his organization’s opposition to the Dept. of Education’s draft regulations to ESSA. FairTest sent out an action alert arguing that the Dept. of Education’s draft regulations “over-emphasize testing, mandate punishments not required in law, and continue federal micro-management.” Read the full action alert here.
