The 74 Million conducted an interview with Benjamin Fenton, co-founder of New Leaders, on how ESSA can help schools revitalize the role of the principal. In the interview, Fenton explains that he hopes expanded flexibility will give leaders “more of a role” in accountability plans and utilize the policies to “show improvement.”
