State Legislators Meet to Discuss Assessments and Accountability

Members of the National Conference of State Legislatures met to discuss ESSA and the “flexibility it provides to redesign state assessments and accountability systems.” Officials reviewed a number of documents while hearing how states are taking “new, creative approaches to educational accountability.”
