Alyson Klein writes in Education Week about a new report from the Chronicle of Social Change, which discusses how states are doing in implementing ESSA’s requirement that students in foster care be able to remain in their “school of origin,” and how states must “work with school districts and local child welfare agencies to provide transportation” to these schools.
