North Dakota School Districts Switching to ACT from Statewide Assessments

The Associated Press reports that a dozen state high school districts are switching to the ACT from state assessments for both math and English, because of ESSA’s requirement to “reduce testing time and to administer a test that ‘matters’ to students.”
