Over 150 People Attend Local Forum to Discuss Ohio’s Draft ESSA Plan

More than 150 people attended a local forum in Northeast Ohio on the Buckeye state’s draft ESSA implementation plan. Mike Laub, a local superintendent, stated that the purpose of the forum was to “understand the issues” and “take it to the next level.” According to Cleveland.com, the public will be able to provide feedback on the plan until March 4 and the final plan will be submitted to the Dept. of Education by April 6.`
