Two More States Get Stamps of Approval

Nebraska and North Carolina are the two most recent states to have their ESSA plans approved by U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, Alyson Klein reports. That brings the total approved number of plans to 46, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The last four sitting on the sidelines: California, Florida, Oklahoma, and Utah.
