TEA Releases Results of ESSA Public Survey

The Texas Education Agency released the results of the state’s ESSA public survey. Participants voted for “critical thinking skills, development of interpersonal skills such as public speaking, and access and completion to advanced-level coursework” to help students be successful. The TEA is scheduled to release a draft plan in April.
