Supporting Migrant Students through ESSA

Sacramento’s ABC Channel 10 provides an overview of California’s Migrant Education Program, which is “authorized under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).” The program is designed to “support migrant students by helping reduce disruption to their education due to repeated moves.”
