Rev. Sam Casey Asks Californians’ Help on ESSA Plan

 Rev. Sam Casey, founder and executive director for Congregations Organized for Prophetic Engagement (COPE), asked Californians to help shape the state’s ESSA implementation plan. Casey called for stakeholders to provide feedback to “best serve students in our community” as well as to help “community members become informed activists of this new law.”
