Connecticut “Seeing Early Reductions in Chronic Absenteeism Under ESSA”

The New Haven Register reports that Connecticut has successfully driven down chronic absenteeism under ESSA, with “about 10,000 more students attending school for more than 90 percent of days each year over the last six years.”
