Dept. of Education Will Have To Show Redrafted Rules to Congress Before Publishing

Politico noted that once the Dept. of Ed redrafts the rules – with recommendations from the Neg Reg included or not – they have to then show members of Congress the proposed rules and allow them to comment no less than two weeks before publishing them. Read more here.
