According to LA School Report, teacher groups are “frustrated with California’s ESSA plan’s ‘loose’ definition of ineffective teachers.” Daniel Weisberg, CEO of TNTP, said he was “disappointed,” and that “California’s loose definition of an ineffective teacher is not good for teachers overall.”
