NM Albuquerque Journal Expresses Support of State’s ESSA Plan

The Albuquerque Journal editorial board wrote in support of the state’s ESSA implementation plan. The board commented that the plan “capitalizes on the state’s nascent positive momentum” and “fuels it with input from some of the people who have already made our K-12 public education system better.”
