State Board Seeks Accountability on Accountability

Eagle 99.3 FM WSCH reports that the Indiana State Board of Education is “once again looking to revise the state’s school accountability rules.” In January, the board voted 7-4 “to advance proposed changes for school accountability, in which schools and school corporations are annually assigned a letter grade based on various factors.” This revised A-F Accountability Rule is part of the state’s plan to comply with ESSA.
